Every Polaris engagement follows the same principle: the client comes first. That means the process, the pace, and the tools are always chosen for you - not for us.
We begin with a Discovery Session
Every client - without exception - starts with a 60-minute Discovery Session. This is not a sales call. It is a genuine assessment of your needs, your energy, and whether Polaris is the right support for where you are. If we are not the right fit, we will say so clearly and help you find what is.
We recommend the right path, not the most expensive one
Following the Discovery Session, we recommend the most appropriate next step based on your specific needs. Some clients need the full North Star Program. Others need a single VIP Day. Some need to be referred elsewhere entirely. We will always recommend what is genuinely right for you.
We use nine disciplines as tools, not products
Astrology, numerology, palmistry, aura cleansing, yoga, meditation, music therapy, ayurveda, and spirituality are tools within our coaching framework. They are not standalone services. We apply whichever tools are most relevant to your situation - and we always explain why.
We work on body, mind, and soul simultaneously
Sustainable transformation requires all three dimensions to be addressed. We combine energetic and somatic work (body), belief and shadow coaching (mind), and purpose and spiritual alignment (soul) - alongside real-world strategy and planning.
We know when to refer
Coaching is not therapy. If a client presents needs that require licensed psychological or medical support, we will say so clearly and help facilitate an appropriate referral. The client’s wellbeing always comes before the engagement.

This is not a guarantee of outcome - transformation requires your participation and commitment. But it is a guarantee of honesty. If the Discovery Session tells us we are not the right support for you, we will tell you clearly, respectfully, and with a recommendation for what might be.
