Do I need to know which program I want before contacting you?
Not at all. The Discovery Session exists precisely for this reason - it helps us both figure out what the right next step is. If you’re unsure, just reach out and tell us a little about your situation. We’ll guide you from there.
Is Polaris the right fit for me if I’m sceptical about astrology or energy work?
Healthy scepticism is completely welcome. Polaris is fundamentally a coaching and consulting practice - the nine disciplines are tools, not requirements for belief. Many of our most committed clients came in sceptical and found that the practical results spoke for themselves. Come as you are.
Do you offer sessions in person or only online?
Both. We offer video sessions to clients worldwide, and in-person sessions for clients in the Greater Toronto Area (Oshawa, Ontario). Some clients travel for their first and final sessions of the North Star Program. Some clients have flown their practitioner to their city for in person sessions.
How quickly can I get started?
Discovery Sessions are typically available within 1–2 weeks. You can book directly at the link below - you don’t need to contact us first.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in a Polaris session is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional ethics. We do not share client information with third parties. The only exception is where there is an imminent risk of harm, as required by law.
What if Polaris isn’t the right fit for me?
We will tell you honestly - either in our response to your enquiry, or during the Discovery Session. We would rather refer you to the right support than take on an engagement where we can’t genuinely add value. Our reputation is built on that commitment.
