Kesar S. Dhaliwal brings something genuinely rare to the work at Polaris Life Strategy: nearly five decades of hands-on business experience alongside over 30 years of active Vedic practice - rooted in 13 years of formal study under accomplished masters in India and Canada.
His business career was built entirely through direct experience. He left formal education early and spent the next 47 years earning a different kind of degree - one that no institution could have given him. Across textiles, restaurants, hospitality, retail, venture capital, technology, oil and gas, solar energy, AI, cybersecurity and public markets, he has built, consulted, mentored and navigated more commercial situations than most professionals encounter in several lifetimes. Every industry was a classroom. Every crisis was an examination with real stakes.
The Vedic dimension of his work runs equally deep. Between 1982 and 1995 he studied Vedic Astrology, Numerology and Palmistry under masters who had devoted their lives to these disciplines - practitioners of genuine depth across four countries. He has been practising and applying that knowledge since 1992. What distinguishes his Vedic practice is not only the rigour of its foundation, but the spiritual integrity with which it is held. These disciplines were never meant to be instruments of prediction or commercial gain. In his hands, they are not. They are tools of insight - applied with care, used in service and offered only where they can genuinely help.
Kesar saw, repeatedly, that the most consequential problems in business and in life were never fully visible on the surface. The pattern beneath the performance. The belief beneath the strategy. The question a leader had stopped asking. His experience - in both the boardroom and the Vedic traditions - gave him the ability to see both layers clearly. Kesar left formal education in his first year of university. What followed across the next five decades was an education that no institution could have designed - built entirely through practice, observation and direct experience, alongside some of the sharpest minds in every field he entered. He has consistently demonstrated what practitioners of genuine depth have always known: that real understanding of complex human and commercial situations comes from immersion, not from study at a distance.
On the Vedic side, he did not teach himself. He learned the traditional way - under masters, across years, in multiple countries, with the kind of rigorous mentorship that the Vedic traditions require. Thirteen years of that foundation. More than thirty years of application. The result is a practitioner whose knowledge is both deep-rooted and battle-tested.
